We like to make things easy for you! Normally packages are shipped within 24 hours of receiving your order. Need it by a certain day? Please note it on your order and we will do our best to accommodate. Nature’s Universe likes to enjoy our weekends and holidays and does not ship products during these times. If an order contains backordered products, the in-stock items will ship first and the backordered items will ship when they arrive. Unfortunately, we do not ship to PO boxes. Some other exceptions may apply. Overnight Delivery: FedEx 2-Day Delivery: FedEx Nature’s Universe likes to enjoy our weekends and holidays and does not ship products during these times. Sending a gift or don’t live in the U.S.? Nature’s Universe ships worldwide. All International orders are subject to Customs inspections as well as possible fees and/or taxes. These charges are determined by the country to which the package is shipped and payment is the responsibility of the customer not Nature’s Universe. Some packages may be delayed as much as 2-3 weeks depending on Customs. Signature may be required upon delivery. Nature’s Universe reserves the right to cancel any International order. Shipping charges, taxes, and other country’s fees are non-refundable. |

Returns Policy |

If you are not satisfied with our products, you can return them within 7 days of delivery for e-store credit. Products must be in new and unused condition and be in original packaging. The Contourolla™ is not refundable as well as gift wrapping and shipping charges. Your e-store credit can be redeemed at any of our websites. YOU MUST CONTACT US BEFORE SENDING BACK YOUR RETURN. You can reach us at THINOGENICS@EASY2LOSEWEIGHT.COM or contact us via your Account History when logged in. Please give us the details of your order and reason for return. If you do not contact us prior to making a return and it is within the 7 day return period, we reserve the right to not accept the return. Returns must be sent back to us prepaid and insured (by the carrier of your choice). |
